Traditionally, most schools today give parents a general account number to make payments for their children’s fees. After the parents have made the payments, the routine that follows is that the parents have to call the school owner or accountant (whoever receives the payment alert) and inform them that a payment has been made. Then, they have to present their bank tellers or receipts as evidence of the payment made. It is only when this is done that the school can acknowledge the payments and reconcile them.

What if we told you there was a better way to confirm payments of school fees no matter where you were in the world? What if parents could make transfers through any means: online transfer, bank deposits, payment link, or even through POS agents, and you will be able to identify who paid without the parents having to call you or present tellers??

In this webinar, our CTO, Akachukwu Okafor, throws more light on Schoolable Family accounts and how they can help you identify payments in your school and reconcile them without parents having to call or present some form of evidence of payments.

Mr. Bola Obe, the Director of Platform Schools, shares his experience using Schoolable Family accounts to identify and reconcile payments in his school. He talks about his experiences before and after he came across Schoolable Pay, and how confident he now is, using a system that works well for his school.
